Tom’s basement waterproofing truly deserves 5 stars and nothing less. They fixed two major cracks in our basement walls 20 plus years ago. One of the walls that they had repaired just started to trickle water from the top of the wall this July 2025. I had called the company on a Sunday and left a brief message. Tom himself returned my call early Monday morning. I explained the issue and they had already gathered my invoice from over 20 years ago to diligently investigate what work was done even before returning my call. Tom himself came out to my home and after assessing the walls he was very confident that the work that was done way back then was still intact and this water issue was just a few bricks on the top of the wall in the foundation that needed some attention. I realize this review is wordy but it gets better! Lol Tom sent out his crew to do a little digging and repaired the existing water issue. We were not even home at the time when they were there. We came home later that night and could not even tell they were there. No mess at all! My husband and I could not be any more impressed with the business that Tom runs! Not only is the 20 plus year old job they did still intact with no issues! They fixed a new existing issue and did not even bill me! Really! What company does that?most warranties are worthless! This company not only stands behind thier warranty but also takes it a step further! Also! Tom is one of the nicest people that I have ever met! Thank you Tom!😀

Shout out to Tom and his crew: Nick, Ira, Chris, Rayford, Henry, Steve and Rene!! From start to finish this company was top notch. They were using heavy equipment over my porch rails. They wrapped our rails with a canvas to protect them and even covered the flower beds. They put down rubber mats on the lawn to protect the grass when they drove the equipment over it. Inside and outside work sites were maintained and kept clean. The crew was courteous, proficient, polite and very respectful of our home. The process was fast, the pricing was great and they far exceeded our expectations. It is clear they take pride in their work. Best thing about Tom's is you can trust them. No worrying! Plus they are the one place that does EVERYTHING related to your leak including replacing your concrete driveway and “piering” your basement walls. If there is anything extra you need, just ask, they’ll do it. Price: All companies were about $200 per foot Process: Tom's included back filling with stone/gravel all 8 feet rather than 12 inches + your dug out dirt. This is important because not only does that ensure superb draining but also ensures there won't be any settling. Work ethic: These guys busted their collective butt’s. A team of 8-10 including the owner who was on site both days Quality: a 10 on a scale of 1-10. Very respectful of your property Differentiators: They spent a lot of time on the driveway ensuring proper draining angles. Spent so much time finishing to a flawless surface. They used extra rebar, ½” rebars crisscrossed on top of wire rebar mats. Personalities: Very strong and hard workers who would stop to answer all questions. Did not mind my "supervising"! Time: 2 ½ days. 7:30am – 3:30pm, arrived promptly each day. Third day was to cut concrete lines, remove 2x4’s, and to landscape the area where they dug out for the 2x4’s. Lead Time: All the places I got estimates from were 3 months out. Bottom line: I wholeheartedly recommend Tom's. You will not be disappointed.

I would like to say thank you to Tom's Basement Waterproofing for a job well done. My wife and I had a structural engineer come up with engineered plans to fix our foundation wall (10 vertical steel I-beams to stop basement wall from moving inward / two cracks injected to stay dry). I then had multiple foundation repair companies give us a quote for the repair. Tom's company was the only one who advised that he and his crew could complete the repair to the exact specs of the engineered plans. Other companies wanted to modify the plans. Tom's quote was also the best we had received. His crew did a great job with the repair. They were professional and cleaned up as if they were never here! I highly recommend Tom's Basement Waterproofing. I will not hesitate to contact them for any future repairs if need be. Thanks again to Tom and his crew!!!
